Bellies Circles
Circles are cosy and safe monthly gatherings where the participants are all at the same level: no one judges the others and everybody supports each other.

You have a beautiful bump, and you’re looking forward to welcoming your beautiful bundle of joy. But are you also feeling fear, trepidation, some nerves about what’s to come? You’re not alone! You’re likely dealing with hormonal changes, physical changes, stress, sleep deprivation… Many challenging aspects.

Please, don’t isolate yourself at such a crucial time. Join one of my Pregnancy Circles where you’ll find many other women in the same situation, ready to support you on your journey.

Pregnancy Circles are held each second Monday of the month in the evening, and each Circle will have a WhatsApp group created so you know there’ll always be someone around to connect with, no matter what time of day or night.

Becoming a mum can be a confusing, bewildering time; come along to a Circle and allow us to support you, nurture you and empathise with you. Our Circles are a safe place for you to share how you’re feeling, and know you are not alone.

What will I get from the Circle?

You’ll get empathy, companionship, support, everything you need as a mum-to-be heading towards the most exciting - but quite possibly also the most bewildering, overwhelming - experience of her life. It’s vital to build a strong, reliable support network as you navigate pregnancy and early motherhood, and our Circles are the ideal way to do it. Crucially, all the women you meet will be at a similar stage on their motherhood journey, which will be an immense help; often, we close the door to difficult experiences when we’re through them and over them, then we forget and find it harder to help and empathise with others. Joining with others who are going through what you’re experiencing will make it much easier for you all to share your experiences, with the hope they’ll help and support others.

Who comes to the cirlces is willing to find a respectful place where to  feel safe and aloud to speak about what they want regarding their own experience of being pregnant.
During pregnancy most of the women feel themselves changing, since during these nine months you are not only growing a new human being in your womb but you are also trasforming yourself: you are becoming a Mother.
Most of us feel more sensitive, the hormones like to play with our emotions and it can be difficult to cope with this new experience.
This gathering are for you to come, talk about what you want the circle to ear without being judged at all. This is the very first rule of the Circles... be open to listen, keep judgement away.

New Mums and Babies Circles
So you’ve brought home your beautiful new bundle of joy, and are muddling through learning how to live together as a family. For some of you, though, you’ll never have felt so lonely! You’re home all day with a tiny baby who, although beautiful and amazing, isn’t much of a conversationalist. Many women expect the actual giving birth to be the hardest part but, in fact, those first few weeks are often much more difficult. You’re dealing with hormonal changes, physical changes, stress, sleep deprivation… Many challenging aspects.
